Abstract Structures 2 – Atelier Olschinsky
Posted in Art, Illustration by Design RobotWOW! Just WOW!
Followers of Behance my have already seen this as they recently threw it onto their twitter feed, but I just had to post it here. Here we have a series of abstract complex illustrations called Structures 2 by Atelier Olchinsky.
I love the industrial feel to the images, giving a sense of organised chaos (yes, I know that’s an oxymoron). On first sight, the images seem chaotic and messy, but on further inspection, you can see that the structures are actually highly ordered. The variety of textures and materials used in the images are incredible and the level of detail is simply amazing.
What I can’t tell is if they are based on photography, 3D rendering, or a mix of the two. Either way, they are an outstanding set images. Expect a full post very soon based on more of Atelier’s work, but in the meantime, if you’re looking to buy a stunning piece of artwork, then you could do far far worse than visiting Atelier’s shop! You can also view the full Structures 2 series here.
